Colts vice chairman Bill Polian and general manager Chris Polian are out in Indianapolis, a source told ESPN senior NFL analyst Chris Mortensen.

So far Steve Spagnuolo and Raheem Morris have been canned. I'm guessing Norv Turner, Leslie Frazier, and others aren't far behind. Gonna be a lot of HC vacancies this offseason:

Munchak almost certainly doesn't take the PSU job.
Wow that surprises me, Polian did not at all sound like someone about to lose his job with the way he was talking during the season. Makes him look like a bigger idiot.
