In 1987-88, the Spurs were ranked 22nd out of 23 teams defensively. This year's Spurs are right there.
What's the opposite of a defensive clinic?

Totally disgusted by that effort on this end
It's like Pop was playing with our ing souls by starting Leonard in the 3rd but subbing Anderson for Green and Bonner for Splitter
It's sickening.
I don't know. I think they need to go to the clinic and get some Oil of Olé.

Makes you wonder, how in the world did the Spurs finish 11th in defensive efficiency last year? Smoke and mirrors? The Spurs have the same or better personnel this year, but the D is now crap. Is Ginobili that good of a defender?
Cotton Ball?Worst defense since...um..."Cotton Ball"?
Worst defense since Cotton Bowl?
No, worst defense since Alamo Bowl.![]()
A shooting clinic for the opponent?
Ginobili's defense is underrated.
Spurs should use the amnesty clause on Bonner before RJ.
Ginobili confounds his man so much on offense that when the other team gets the ball, G's guy remains so distracted by G's O, that he's a complete zero.
Now that's defense.![]()
