    He's cost at least 3 games in the past year where he could have called a timeout and didn't. Doc Rivers ran onto the court to call a timeout in the Finals. If he can't do that he needs to let someone else coach. In game 3 against the Grizzlies the Spurs might have at least got a shot and might have won if Pop had called the TO.

    Also the defense is not going to get better unless he starts holding people accountable on defense. No defense no playing time. It's that simple. The offense is the last thing he should be worrying about. If they can't defend they're not going to win anyway.

    One of the best coaches in the game who helped bring home your only 4 les and I read this crazy stuff? I thought this fanbase was all about class?

    Pop is not the problem, We can give you a younger "Pop" that emphasizes defense in a trade if some of you are so frustrated ...he even learned under Pop.

    Don't blame Pop's coaching. Blame the personnel decisions (partly influenced by him, I realize - but still). He's actually done a rather fine job since the debacle in Game 1 of the 2008 WCFs.
