My parents recorded one of my high school jazz band concerts and the second jazz band's drummer did a solo that rivals that Asian kid's. It has to be seen to believe. The guy was a terrible drummer but his solo is pretty awesome. He starts banging away--nothing makes sense, then all the sudden one stick flies from his hand and kinda dances on a cymbal. He's still banging away with one stick for a couple of seconds then he hits the cymbal that the stick was dancing/twirling around. He hits it, the cymbal's normal reaction is to swing down, you see the stick slide down, then the cymbal swings back up. Flings the stick in the air and it lands right in the drummers hand without missing a beat and he continues with the rest of his horrible solo. I know that's a horrible description of the solo but that's what happened. Its quite amazing tbh
