Interesting. Pineda had an excellent rookie season but he did benefit from a pitcher friendly home ballpark and a ty offensive division. Plus he's a flyball pitcher going to that bandbox in the Bronx. Would be interesting to see how he transitions to Yankee Stadium.

Additionally, Yankees also sign Huroki Kuroda on a one year deal.

It's a solid deal for both teams, but I would be concerned with Pineda in Yankee Stadium and Fenway quite a bit early on... plus, you never know how well a youngster handles NY, especially after some early struggles adjusting to one of the tougher offensive divisions in baseball.
