Like I said Spurs did well without Parker late in 010! They won alot of games late to get in the playoffs! So do you forget that?
That's just....um....wait, what?
Exactly.
yeah, but we'll be happy with 3-2 in the next 5 games
it clearly shows that we need Manu to win some road games as well ... Spurs bench excels at home, but on the road you need a game changer like Manu
Next two games against Heat and Magic, also a B2B, maybe two streak loss
pretty much
ducks, with the amount of road games the Spurs have coming up, you better get your gloating in now.
bwahahaha

even hitler likes manu
7 of the next 9 on the road... let's hope we can translate some of that Manu-less games to the road...
and 16 of the next 21 up to the all-star break. Manu should be back in time for the long homestand after the break, perhaps TJ as well.
Spurs need to play close to .500 ball to avoid having to sprint down the stretch. They have to win all their games against the weak sisters of the league and nab a couple from the playoff teams.
the next 21 games...we could win 70% of the games...
road trips coming up. I will make sure to bump this when the Spurs as Che has foreseen long ago, will be around 50%
I wonder if when young Manu first picked up a basketball as a kid, he had any idea that someday there would an image of his head superimposed on a dog having sex with a duck floating around the world. My guess is not.
But then Manu is a visionary, so perhaps so...

Home > Road
Spurs are just a .500 team without Manu once they catch up on their road games.
Already nabbed a win from a top Eastern team(that's saying a lot, since the East is top heavy this year), PLUS it was a road game!!!
I believe the Spurs will play at least .500 ball from tomorrows game until Manu returns.... but only IF:
1) Kawhi averages more PT than RJ
2) Splitter continues to average more than Bonner
3) Splitter starts and plays 30 min on the nights where Timmy is a DNP or averages >20 mpg
4) Green averages more PT than Neal
5) Joseph averages more than 10 min to keep Parker's PT below 40
6) Pop judiciously uses Thomas (ie when the Spurs are up/down 20, or up/down 15 in the last 3 min of the 4th quarter)
P.S. Even if the Spurs had lost last night, they'd still have the same win avg as when Manu played.Five games is a ridiculously small sample size, but that's all we have, sadly.
Everyone but the OP knows Manu is the most important... yet due to the team makeup, possibly the most easily replaceable of the big 3.
spurs are still tearing it up without manu
Spurs to a 15-7 record without Manu Ginobili and with a 35-year-old Tim Duncan
