We're just warming them up for their championship run, imo.
...about a regular season loss.
Plus we don't see them again 'till next season.
We're just warming them up for their championship run, imo.
Blair, Bonner, RJ, and Joseph are 4 bitter pills.
Spurs ought to just forfeit tomorrow night. They have zero chance of winning at Orlando, so why bother.
Blair still thinks he is an offensive force. He will never give the SPurs what they need, which is rebounding and defense.
this game was winnable, untill we played like in the 3rd giving them to much space and not even bother attempting any form of defense, they are just chuckin up 3s and scoring them....
doesnt help when y ou have wankers puttin up stupid shots
You didn't watch any of the games from late March and on last year?
Oh trust me, I did. All of 'em. It was painful seeing the Lakers running up on us, whilst our feet were bumbling about.
But this one... it just irks me.
Nevertheless, I'll be watching.
As Terry Stembridge used to say -- There will be another night.
I've seen more heart and activity from Thomas in the few minutes he played tonight than I have seen out of Bonner all season.
Spurs lost by 30 last year at Miami and that was with Manu. The second half was 41-61 so it's not like we haven't seen this before.
We've lost as badly and worse than this before.
Heat played a superb second half and we failed to adjust... meh.
ja comes onto the court, miller 3, ja rushed missed shot, miller 3 open again, ja goes to the line 1/2...lol JA, lol the wankers on here still with the excuses, lol potential, lol actual results>what u guys think he should be puttin up
Blair is strictly scrub, a faux-beast who likely would not make the roster of most NBA squads. A reminder that long shots and underdog fables almost never pan out. At any rate, he's certainly had too many chances in a Spurs uniform.
Spurs also beat Miami by 30+ last year the same way -- hitting a bunch of threes. That didn't mean anything either.
Losing a three-point shooting contest isn't the worst way to lose.
On to Orlando.
LOL GNSF feeling bitter over this game.
It certainly was a great offensive outing in the second half by Miami, no doubt. But the adjustment made by San Antonio was absolutely pathetic.
Bonner+Blair+Joseph+Splitter equates to a blowout loss no matter how ya slice it, just like we saw tonight.
someone needs to tell me why, parker was chuckin up shots in the 3rd, duncan being passive again while i thought he was gettin set with the bankshots nailing in...
bonner and rj does jack all offensively when there shots aint falling, u dont see them cuttin or settin screens, just running around the perimeter like a fkn horse on a paddock doing all
Blair's touch around the basket is much better this season. And his offensive game has improved from what I have seen.
But he just doesn't have any hops. He has to rely on the ball bouncing just right for him to get rebounds. Forget about anything above the rim unless the refs just lets him bull people over.
Who's the more talented team?
That's right. I forgot about that. Bonner was on fire from what I recall.
Real talk... we only had about 5 or 6 legit NBA players out there tonight. The 3rd quarter chucking almost gave me a stroke, and closing out the shooters was by far the worst.
All in all, Ryan in' Anderson is licking his chops as we speak. And I can't tell you how much that thought disturbs me as I go to sleep tonight.
Quit acting you just watched that whole game and didn't have a hint of disappointment after that strong 2nd half. If not, then there's something wrong with you...
THe entire team we put out there is of NBA caliber and thats easy to see. The thing is that there was only one Lebron James out there and Tim Duncan hasnt' been on that level for at least 5 years.
Nothing to be bitter about though. Thats the silly thing. You get beat by a team you should lose to so I'm not sure why you're bitter unless you've got some hugely unrealistic expectations.
