He should be sent to Guantanamo Bay. He's a threat to the American president. If a random Muslim guy said this in a random conversation, he would disappear forever.

There are limits to freedom of speech, like when you start talking about killing the president. I'm honestly surprised dude hasn't been arrested.

While mentioning something like that will likely land you a visit from the Secret Service, I think the only way you can get charged is if you actually take steps to carry out what you said.
