After reviewing the services msn offers; such as mail client, calender, linkability, cloud productivity software, financial information, messenger, news etc; I have determined, msn is a far superior product. I deleted chrome and fowarded all my @gmail.com mail to hotmail.

Eh, Good luck. I have nothing against Microsoft, and agree that their office suite is still by far the best around. I had to leave hotmail because their spam filter was horrid. Gmail's still is excellent. I guess if you were going to go windows phone going to MS would be fine.

Here's my review thus far. I am not a power user and its been only a few days since the switch so I have found any nags yet.
Hotmail is a better design, easier to filter and delete old emails, better looking, but I haven't had long enough to judge the capabilities of the spam filter.
I haven't done much of anything on skydrive except move the one doc of personal info over, it looks just like famlier word. Jury still out but I lm leaning towards ms. This will be decided if I ever use excel or word on there.
Bing maps, used it once today to look at Afghanistan just to scale the distances of cities, jury still out. Googles street view is on par with a modern marvel, and I feel one of man kinds greatest achievements.
The finance portion is worlds better than googles offering, silverlight makes for beautiful interactive graphes!
I used yahoo for my bull front page news, msn has subtle nuances and more intriguing storylines that provide a more enjoyable experiance.
Ie9 froze up upon waking the computer up. No big deal. I blame it one the ty install of the os install on my work computer. I think I'll have a better feel of where I feel about chrome vs ie in a week or two.
Bing search vs google, haven't had to do much searching, google is pretty damn good at that but then again Ive haven't really needed to find something since the switch.
So as of today I'll still forge into my adjustment, and consider it move forward.

I am sorry, but at work, the new images on our computers come with only IE, with bing as the default search engine. I go to the address bar, type my search term, and press enter (as I do in chrome or as i did with firefox). I expect google to pop up with my search response. Nope, here comes bing with horrible responses. Cant stand bing.

They all suck, in their own way.
Hotmail or Live mail, whatever they call it now has very lackluster IMAP support to say the least.

gmail forwarding to hotmail is slow. If i have something that is going to be sent right away I must log onto gmail to get it.
Bing is legit, I dont miss google search one bit.
