Parker for Marbury. Make it happen
"A French point guard named Parker running the Knicks' fast break? It could become a reality - that is, if Isiah Thomas liked what he saw yesterday when several prospects completed a predraft workout at the team's Greenburgh facility. Tony Parker, San Antonio's dynamic point guard, isn't defecting from the Spurs, but the Knicks could get his 21-year-old brother, T.J., who is foregoing his final year at Northwestern and entering the NBA draft." New York Daily News
"Parker didn't have a monopoly on (Isiah) Thomas' attention yesterday, though. Bronx product Carl Krauser - who attended Stevenson High and starred at Pittsburgh - got to work out in front of one of his childhood idols." New York Daily News
TJ Parker isn't even an undersized power forward. I call BS.
He should stay in school .... see eva messed him up too..
isnt marbury THE BEST POINT GUARD IN THE WORLD?
well.. thats according TO HIM. he he
"Pitt's Carl Krauser was one of two college point guards to work out Friday for the New York Knicks at the team's Greenburgh, N.Y., facility. The other, T.J. Parker of Northwestern, like Krauser, has intentions of forgoing his senior season of college basketball." Pittsburgh Tribune-Review
How could you not make that trade for the best point guard in the world. Make it happen
Why are you talking about trading Tony Parker for Marbury anyway?
This thread was about TJ Parker working out for the Knicks.
This thread saying Parker to the knicks made me think of this trade.
The Spurs don't need an aging point gaurd who hogs the ball and doesn't play defense.
So how good is T. J Parker? Anyone have is college stats?
LJ said he stinks, horribly, pathetically. At least a year or two ago when he played against him (I think)
He pretty much sucked in college.
I got a chance to see quite a bit of him since he was in the Big Ten. Devin Harris, Boo Wade, and Shareef Chambliss owned TJ all throughout his college days. Although I didnt see him against anyone else besides the Badgers, but from what I saw, he isnt NBA material.
That's pretty much the consensus. But he'll probably get teams to look at him because he's Tony's brother. A few people I know who have seen him play regularly say they doubt he'll even be able to play on a good Euro team.
He could always play for PBR (Tony's team)![]()
"Rather than work out today for the Jazz, as originally planned, guard T.J. Parker the brother of San Antonio Spurs point Tony Parker has withdrawn from the draft and decided to return to Northwestern University." Deseret Morning News
Yeah he's horrible. No way he makes it anywhere. At best, he's a career backup in Europe.
, I could probably take on the f00.
its gonna be like the case of
michael schumacher and his brother ralf schumacher ..
whos always been considered as.. HALF schumacher![]()
it be if teams sign him cause his tonys bro...so everywhere he goes and wants to get ahead in life, he use his bros name to get him there....
seems like fail, but who cares right if he could earn the minimum on a lengthy contract, he be settled
holy ... you must be using a huge ass shovel to be diggin' so deep into the archives.
