Ehh, DJ White doesn't have more upside than Blair. He's a scrub. Their stats are literally about the same, if anything Blair's are a little more solid.
Of course Blair's averaging 10/6 a game and we talk about him like he ing sucks.

Blair and Anderson for White. I know, White is similar to Blair but with more potential upside IMO. Anderson just may not be Spurs material but probably would get a better shot with Charlotte.
I think White would be better defensively than Blair (which isn't saying much at this time) but it would at least be a start in the right direction to maybe improving the interior defense.

Anderson for White works straight up I think
I will take Blair over White right now and Blair is still 3 years younger than White..
