Oh that'd be a match made in heaven. Two chuckers on the same team has no where to go but to the Finals.
per cbs
The Lakers are reportedly interested in possibly signing free agent guard Gilbert Arenas, reports Hoopsworld.com late Friday.

Ha... haha... HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Oh, man. That would be hilarious.
Last couple years, he's looked painfully slow with no burst and he's lost his jumper.
The sad thing is that he can't be worse than Fisher other than the occasional clutch three point shot at the end of a close game.
They have no bench... it's just a desperation move. Makes sense.
A very insignificant improvement for our bench in exchange for somebody that could potentially up team chemistry even further
pleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepleaseplease...
lol luva in delusional zone..
who said cp3 is going to mess up their chemistry ?
Haahahah wow, the lakers must be REALLY desperate.
Because it would have been, asshole. See what the loss of Odom did, and you would have had to trade Gasol too. Do you really want to rely on Bynum alone in the paint?
'sup Stalin, I think it is, don't you recognize your prototype chimp warriors?
maybe some have said that because of what the lakers would have need to give up but I dont think anybody said CP3 was going to mess up with lakers team chemistry... get your facts straights luva...
now Arenas
It's his brother. Kool pisses himself when he looks at a gun.
how bout those Pistons eh
lol nice touch on the pink. But I can't imagine you would be for Arenas.
Pros: Improvement at the guard position in terms of talent and scoring potential. Allows fish to rest and only play when the game is on the line.
Cons: Well-do ented chucker who once made a promise to only take 1 3pointer a game and proceeded to average 50 3pt attempts a game. Heavy loss of athleticism and speed. Stat padder in the steals department but otherwise a poor defender.
Don't think many Spurs fans are against the acquisition of Arenas for the Lakers. But I do like the Lakers a lot and I'm surrounded by Laker fans and no one wants him anywhere near. For good reason too IMO.
it was a bad deal for the Lakers but a good deal for Clippers
The goods.
would be an upgrade over fisher at least tbh, so why not?
Exactly ...
... or, if that worked out, shove Kobe up front in place of Barnes and move Arenas over. Though can ya imagine approaching Kobe with such a strategy?
