Tim Duncan has participated in every game since 1998; Parker, Ginobili, and Robinson have joined him at various times during that span.

There was no Spurs All-Star in 1997.

David Robinson participated in every game between 1990 and 1996. Sean Elliott joined him twice.

There was no Spurs All-Star in 1989.

Alvin Robertson participated in every game between 1986 and 1988. Artis Gilmore joined him in 1986.

George Gervin participated in every game between 1977 and 1985. Gilmore and Larry Kenon joined him at various times.

The Spurs have had at least one participant in all but 2 All-Star Games since joining the NBA.

It's not too late yet. Last year Duncan and Ginobili got selected by the coaches. Same thing could happen this year with Duncan/Parker (not likely tho).
