Indiana's GOP Secretary of State Found Guilty of Voter Fraud


Indiana's Republican Secretary of State Charlie White was convicted by jury on Saturday of multiple voter fraud counts, raising the prospect he might face jail time in addition to almost certainly losing his position as his state's top election official.

The voter fraud charges all relate to falsifying his legal residency and address information on the papers he filed with the office he now heads when he became a candidate

Indiana's voter ID law is seen as one of the toughest in the country. White's conviction, to put it mildly, is more than ironic
