Hope this wasn't posted elsewhere - I looked and didn't see it.

NBA dotcom article with mid-season grades for all the teams in the league. Individual team grades break down frontcourt, backcourt, defense, bench, and coaching. Only the Spurs and OKC get overall A's. (Surprisingly, the Spurs' bench just rates a B+) Miami, Chicago, Dallas, and Philadelphia all get A-.

Well regardless if you agree totally with the grades they at least got the strengths and weaknesses all correct with regards to the weighted grades. The defense is the biggest concern followed closely by the front court while the back court, bench and coaching are the obvious strong suit.

Spurs, by getting a competent defender at PF will go a long way to solving their two biggest issues.

I hate RJ by the way. That contract is killing the Spurs right now with regards to their ability to make any moves.
