forget SASmith, what about Gregg "Spurs ate my baby" Anthony?
Watching ESPN and seeing Stephen A Smith expression...it looked like he had the "oh !' look.
He picked the Pistons in Six, now having to go back to San Antonio for a possible Spurs clinching victory, must not be sitting well with Mr. Smith.

Whoever wins this series, I'll never forget the look on Stephen A's face in the postgame. He looked like he had just been shot.
Before the series started, he picked the Spurs. Then he switched sides after 4 games. No change-backs, Stephen...sorry fella.
It ain't ovah' but you gots to make up yoh' mind, son.
THEY can all [including hubie] can stick their heads in a pile of POOP!

Well I'm sure that SAS is looking forward to meeting the Spurs fans in person again![]()
Tim Legler picked the Spurs and I'm sure Marc Stein and Ric Bucher picked them aswell. I don't care, I'm just too happy to go to sleep!
Now, you are Stephen A. Smith. You wanted to be able to jump like Allen Iverson, but you couldn't, so you didn't make the NBA as a player. So, you went into journalism, but you couldn't make it as a writer. But, you had a really loud mouth. So, you somehow got a job at ESPN, where everyone has to scream over each other to be heard, thanks to Chris Berman. Now, you hate the Spurs, because they don't have 'street cred,' to use a popular phrase. But they're going to win their 3rd le in 7 years, just to spite you.
Hyuk, hyuk, hyuk!!!!
actually, ric bucher picked the pistons and then switched to the spurs after the first four games. i was thrilled. he was the only guy who picked the pistons last year from the espn analysts.

A little rough on Hubie Brown I'd say. I finally figured him out last night, he always takes the perspective of the losing team, probably the coach in him. Seeing things that the losing team is doing (or not doing), and it burns his inards. The guy is a sharp sharp basketball mind.

I think Anthony is still bitter about the 99 western finals.![]()
He also tried to cover himself after game 2 by saying he thinks the Spurs will win the series, but he is sticking with Detroit since he picked them alreadyl
