Man this guys seems really dumb at times. He has his flashes where you start to think if he was consistent he could be something special but dude seems like an airhead, not very bright. What are Spurs fans realistic expectations for this guy?

he's not an airhead, but he's just not a point guard. it works for the spurs b/c their offense doesn't really require a pure point guard. but when the pressure's on, his weaknesses show through.
Tony Parker > Chucky Atkins.

Parker is a 23-year-old on the way to his second le. He averages 16/6 in the Spurs system which is not a high-assisting yielding offense. He's averaging 18 ppg in the postseason. He's inconsistent on occasion but improving. What's not to like?
