Duncan and Splitter will never start or close a game against this season. Somehow, Pop has missed that boat completely.
Also Kawhi needs to start asap, our starting lineup sucks. Love the bench, but we have no energy guys in the starting 5, unless Manu gets 100% healthy.
Too much frickin help defense causing too many open three's. Stupid ass coach. He needs to fix this soon.
The closing lineup should be TP, Manu, KL, Tim, Tiago. You might subs ute Neal/RJ for offense at times. It's the lineup of the most capable one on one defenders. They don't have to help that much and as a results it's a much better defensive lineup. It should restrict the other team to one shot and rebound. They just need to execute on offense. With 4 good passers that shouldn't be a problem.
No help or hope for defense when Pop continues to play Jefferson, Blair, and Bonner.
