Quota time. They say it's not, as if it's just a task force, but it's for money. If speed was that big of a deal, they wouldn't wait and do it all in one day.
Funny how I can go a month without seeing one cop and then there's days like today:
Saw a cop in the school zone this morning, two motorcycle cops running a trap at Kyle Seale/1604 and then two this afternoon pulling cars over around I-10/1604 access roads.
