Off the top of my head. I would say Finley's last year but he broke Pop's heart by asking to be waived sooner than 50 games in.
Ron Mercer comes to mind, but he only averaged 13 mpg and 39 games.
Off those listed, Nick Van Exel was really bad.
thats easy richard jefferson
Hedo in the playoffs is another one...
He was lazy and had an at ude... we couldn't get rid of him quick enough
Vaughn, Bonner don't deserve to be on that. Udoka actually played well his first year and at times. Overall all 3 of them shouldn't be on there. If you want to talk about individual years or stints then that is different but overall in their time here no.
2009-2010 Keith "The Centerpiece" Bogans
2009-2010 Roger Mason Jr.
Bogans
Mason
Elson
Udoka
Van Exel
absolutely awful players
I have to go with Udoka, as I seriously cannot remember a single good memory of his time on the Spurs. Kersey and Vaughn belong nowhere near this list, as Kersey gave the Spurs some really nice minutes (including a 40 foot shot at the buzzer) against LA in the 99 le run. Then Vaughn hit a couple of really big shots late in the 3rd to put Phoenix away in game 6 in 2007. Udoka on the other hand was brought in to be a defensive player, but ended up looking as bad as Steve Smith, Antonio Daniels, and Derek Anderson guarding the swing positions.
Bonner...
But Finley actually started this garbage that Pop is infatuated with...
Thankfully Kerr made up for it by giving the team some really good minutes backing up the point in 03 when Claxton got hurt. Post-contract JJ was bad; I don't know if he was Udoka bad, but what a falloff.
I still can't believe the Spurs brought Udoka back a second time for a little while
