Obviously we'll be at the game, but some people were saying they wanted to get together downtown. Others said they wanted to use our house.
So I'll stick this to the top while you guys brainstorm ideas.
I, having used my funds on tkts to Game #s 1 & 2 will be looking to celebrate w/other Spurs fans on Tue. Where will you be watching it?

I'll be having elective surgery tomorrow, say, about 8pm.

I like Dio's idea.
I plan on watching it at Jessica's because of it's proximity to downtown, but if other people want to get together close to downtown, we can do that.
I'll be at the SBC Center for the game too. Decide where you are going to be before 3 tomorrow afternoon, so I know where to find you afterwards. () = )
Downtown will be a zoo! A gtg down there would require some serious planning...
There should be a place we can find downtown or near by that people who do not have tickets can watch it, then those with tickets can meet them afterward.
People should make suggestions in this thread and then we'll figure it out.

Where's that at? I'm really down for anywhere near downtown. But it will probably be crowded.
The problem with people from the game trying to go downtown afterwards will be horrendous traffic. I think it would be almost impossible to meet up somewhere downtown afterward.
We are willing to let anyone who wants to watch the game at our house do so. And then whoever wants to go downtown can, but the final destination party late night (if the Spurs win) can be at our house.
What do you guys think?

I'm down for that. I was thinking that trying to get downtown from SBC would be close to impossible. It's going to take a while just to get out of the parking lot.

Leapin' Lizard used to be called O'Neill's (I think). It is on Commerce caddy corner from where Planet H used to be. NOT Planet K.

I am planning on being at Champions/Hooters at the Rivercenter to keep up with tradition and good MOJO for the Spurs. I have there both times we closed out the series and WON the Championship!!! This is unless I can get 1 ticket to the game but I don't see that a possiblity. BTW I have a Ford Ranger, if anyone wants to meet DT and cruise Commerce after the win...let me know..PM and I'll give ya my cell #.
If you want to come to our house for the late night party, then please do. Maybe Mr Dio will want to meet up with you at Champions/Hooters to be closer to downtown during the game.
