Agreed, that was one of the greatest coaching moves by pop, always having three ball handlers in the game and always throwing to the guy who did not have lindsey hunter on them
Pop was smart to keep him off the floor in the last game and I don't think we'll see him tonight. He's just not experienced enough for this level of play. Every time he got trapped in games 3 and 4, I wanted to throw a brick though the TV.
I liked seeing Manu and Brent bring the ball up the floor from time to time. I expect we'll see more of that tonight.

exactly! i kept thinking, "no beno, no beno!" and pop sat him!
don't play the turnover prone point guard... BRILLIANT!
It's amazing how effective it is to remove Slovenians from the rotation.
Beno just needs more experience and PT.
It wouldn't hurt for Beno to do the Summer leagues again.
Beno will be a good point guard, but maybe along the lines of Speedy Claxton.
A fantastic backup, decent starter.
He doesn't have NBA speed. He needs to transform himself into a Steve Kerr or he'll be out of the league in a few years.
BWHAHAHAAHAHA !
I think he's quick enough to stay in the league. I don't see him starting but I can see a role as a 8-12 mpg type of pg who can hit the 3.
I guarantee you WILL see Beno again... if the Spurs are up by a good margin in the last minute or two of the game tonight.
Beno will play if Aroyo plays for Hunter
You mean he will be the Spurs' version of a human victory cigar?
