    Had to look it up.

    The numerical gap between a team's offensive efficiency and defensive efficiency. The differential represents what each team did for the entire season and a team’s efficiency differential is a better predictor of future success.

    Efficiency Differential Formula=(Offensive Efficiency)-(Defensive Efficiency)

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Comments: Although efficiency differential does indicate the champion more often than just won-loss records, it's not perfect.
