Are Blu Ray's really worth the cost? Are they that much better than DVDs?
1. Michael Jordan – 2. Magic Johnson –
3. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar
4. Larry Bird
5. Kobe Bryant – he is by far the closest to resemble the likes of Michael Jordan. Bryant was signed by the Los Angeles Lakers after high school and has to date achieved many feats, including 5 championships, second highest score in NBAs history (81 points), along with many offensive category awards to his name. Kobe started off as a high-flying dunker, just like MJ, and has now adapted into a phenomenal shooter and defender.
6. Hakeem Olajuwon
7. Shaquille O’Neal –
8. Bull Russell
9. Andrew Bynum
10. Oscar Roberson

They're getting cheaper. You can find some really good les for under 10 bucks plus amazon always has good deals.
imo unless you're watching movies like Avatar of those planet earth series' it doesn't matter
I got The Big Lebowski and Fight Club for around $25 combined, so yeah, they can be cheap. But them new releases, man. I guess the best option is to get them online.
MJ is ok, so is Magic you could say.
Kareem and Bird, I can cope,
Kobe at 5, too high for my taste,
Shaq at 7, HA!
Maybe at 5, and Kobe in his spot.
where he belongs I may concur.
But what strikes me more is this.
That a Kobe fanboi hypes Bynum now,
just when Mamba is down for now.
The King is dead, Long live the King?
Nevermind, for is not my place,
on whose ass you fanbois place you heads.
the new releases. just wait a bit and they'll be half price when stores try to get rid of them. costco can have really awesome deals too, like a three pack set for under $15. even if one of the movies suck, it's still a good price
Some people's eyes are so bad it really does not matter. So stick to the DVDs.
Gents, I dont think the bluray will last. Downloads will end hard media, however, this opens the door to consumers getting the end of the license, who knows only time will tell. I do miss going to places like blockbuster and picking a movie.
To tell the truth, I am only willing to buy movies I love. For everything else, I pirate. The quality varies, but at least I don't have to pay for them.
which one is the best brand? and can someone tell me why my car gets hot when I turn on the AC? I already changed the thermostat
Or at going out of business sales. I went to one video rental place when I was in Idaho that was going out of business; brand new blu rays and DVDs going for like a buck each. Now I got movies like machete and shoot em up just because.![]()
True, especially if youre viewing on a computer screen. I still prefer looking for 720p movies online but normal quality is fine.
On a big ass projector though, bluray makes a difference IMO.
you got enough freon in that ?
I already put 3 cans
is it getting cool at all? make sure your compressor works and check fuses and the sort. then again....I'm not much a car expertbut I've had my compressor die on me along with other shenanigans
everything works it blows cold air but after a few minutes the car temperature pass the normal temp. is a here in S. Texas without AC
oh I know, been there done that. and I dunno, make sure your radiator has got fluid and the radiator fan works. maybe we can get a car expert in here as I'm not it, lol
I hope so, that gives me a headache. our parents were smart enough to pass on 3D, hopefully that happens again.
thanks anyway any little help is appreciated
i think 3d will only stick around in movie theaters...at home, its just not the same. However I cant lie, if I had the money to buy a monster +60 inch tv and say 5 glasses..I think I would
Not for me. I hate 3D TV. Det good ol HDTV is still the .
son Kobe Bryant is somewhere between #50-70 due to his role playing efforts playing second fiddle to Shaq and as co-leader with Gasol and Bynum. absolutely noway in is Kobe anywhere near the top 25 ...
