Cir cision beyond his control, so inmate sues

Need more? He is suing the hospital where he was born, claiming a doctor there "misled" his mother into having him cir cised.
And now, due to a cir cision beyond his control, he alleges he has suffered.
Dean Cochrun, 28, who is imprisoned in Sioux Falls on a kidnapping conviction, filed the federal lawsuit Friday against Sanford Hospital. Cochrun is asking for $1,000 in compensatory and punitive damages, saying he only recently became aware that he'd undergone the procedure and that it robbed him of his sexual prowess.

Cochrun asks in the lawsuit that his foreskin be restored "in the hopes I could feel whole again," though he acknowledged that he didn't expect such a restoration to be anything more than aesthetic.
Cochrun claims that an "unknown doctor" at the then-named Sioux Valley Hospital misled his mother to believe that the procedure was medically necessary. Cochrun argues that the procedure was unnecessary, unethical and without medical benefit.
"I was recently made aware of the fact that I had been (cir cised) and that ... I was robbed of sensitivity during sexual intercourse as well as the sense of security and well-being I am en led to in my person," he argued in the lawsuit, adding that neither he nor his partners would "have that sensitivity during sexual intercourse and have a normal sex life."
Cochrun isn't represented by a lawyer. His lawsuit includes a letter from Sanford Hospital officials, responding to his own letter requesting that his foreskin be replaced. Patient relations representative DyAnn Smith replied that Sanford would not pay for the procedure.
"There will be no further correspondence about this matter," she wrote.

although at the same time i am a bit upset that its an inmate trying to sue for this, which will likely alter people's perception of the whole matter and make them less sympathetic. men across the nation need to start speaking up about this so we can get stem cell research moving in the right direction. it would be hugely profitable if they engineered a way to fix what was lost, hugely profitable for whoever takes up this cause.

I understand the motive of the lawsuit, but I am SO glad that happened to me as a baby and that I cant remember the pain.
it had a lasting psychological impact, realized or not. this is what they're finding out now.

if any circ'ed guy actually looks up what was done, why it was done, and all the now known ramifications it would throw you into a rage.
basically it was endorsed by kellogg (the cereal guy) as a way to stop masturbation and sex by removing the pleasure. he wanted it done under no anesthesia specifically to associate the trauma with sexual activity as a further deterrent. it causes lower self esteem in males who have been mutilated and has been linked to a higher likelihood to engage in violence against women as adults. changes the mechanics of sex and women who have had sex with both circ'ed and intact men overwhelmingly prefer intact. the jews first noted long ago that once a woman had sex with an intact man, it was very hard to keep her from him.
Those poor cir cised people. Most of them never even had a choice.
there is a lot of pro cir cision propoganda in america, other countries simply do not agree on the issue. nobody else in the world cir cises except americans, jews, and muslims. over 80% of the worlds men are intact.

Getting back to the lawsuit, I guess the dude hasn't heard of this thing called the statute of limitations.
Not much use ing about your own since it's already gone.
My mother had me cir cised when I was a baby.
It grew back.
It wouldn't have been so bad if I weren't so thin skinned.
Although for me, cir cision, was major surgery.
I weighed about 10 lbs less afterwards.
