The mansion isn't that impressive tbh.
Must be 'coz of the location, near Miami or something like that.
sweet jesusPat Riley Sells Amazing Waterfront Mansion for $16.75 Million
When you gain a reputation as a winner in the NBA, you typically rake in a good chunk of change. Pat Riley can certainly attest to such.
The Miami Heat president and his wife, Christine Riley, have decided to sell their incredible waterfront mansion, though. The estate, which sits on roughly two acres, fetched $16.75 million, although the couple were reportedly seeking $23 million for it.
The Rileys originally purchased the Florida mansion for $6.3 million in 1996, and will likely now reside in their penthouse at Apogee South Beach. The penthouse is surely amazing as well, but who wouldn't want to live in a waterfront mansion.

Notice all the basketball related themes? Me either. Did the his whole life, wants nothing to do with it at home. That's why he's still one of the best.
Was in a house Jerry Jones leases on King Ranch, 4000sq foot "cabin" on 40K acres just for him. You would not know the owner had anything to do with football by going through that home.
These guys are on a different level. They say it's like staying at a hotel though, they feel they never own any of it, that they are just caretakers for it until the next "owner" arrives.
They must have had some black neighbors move in next door.
