It's been done before at home... I think that some pro football teams used to do it. Gets you in a different frame of reference.

Yeah Pop did it between games 4 and 5. I posted a thread about it 2 days ago. Most wives understood, but Mrs. Barry got pissed off and flew home to San Antonio. But it's irrelevant now -- the Spurs aren't in a hotel.
aw, poor millionaire mrs. barry has to deal with some inconveniences of her husbands job of playing a game he isnt very good at while being grossly overpaid.
Sounds like a damn fine idea to me actually. This team does seem distracted a lot of the time. Like their heads really arent in the game. I am not blaming that on wives but getting hotel rooms with no TV's will force them to focus on the matter at hand and leave everything else behind.
I think the Spurs do want this le I just dont think they realize how precious and rare this opportunity is/was.
