this is the 3rd thread on this ing topic.
WHAT IN THE IS WRONG WITH THE SBC CENTER? It honestly looks like one of the deadest arenas for a finals that I have ever seen? I have been to The Palace for the past two finals and it is out of control loud. Gm 5 when Duncan was bricking freethrows, the place was so loud, my ears were ringing, the SBC just looks like a regular season game.
All you Spurs faithful need to write letters or something to upper management about the promotional staff there and to get another announcer. The Spurs are topps in the league and you guys have to deal with a staff that couldnt arrouse a 15 year old.

I know the don't mic the crowd like in Detroit...but from what people told me who were there...it has been louder. I know it was against Seattle, Antonio Daniels of the Sonics mentioned it was the loudest in the league. Maybe complacency set in. Hopefully desperation will set in tommorrow and change that.

I think Mike's response sums it up. The fans choked. They are very capable of being much, much louder. Tomorrow night they'll respond.
Crazy Lou is a great at bringing the energy. Unfortunately, as has been said, he doesn't always have much of a crowd to work with down low in rich man's land. The Club 200 fans and Baseline Bums are always awesome!
I'm sick of crazy lou, it's the same thing over and over. crazy lou brings nada.
