Angelina Jolie is going to star as Maleficent, in a reimaging of the sleeping beauty storyline.
Comes out in 2014.

Can't wait until the Cucker comes off the bench and throws a few punches.
Happier in the pants about Tom Hardy as Bane, tbh. Another favorite actor/favorite character pairing, but one I get to watch sooner.
I'm cautiously optimistic about a Maleficent movie, though. There's a lot that can be done there, but a lot that can be done wrong. Do think Angie's a great choice for the role, though.
