What will the Mavs get if Kardashian returns to the WWE Lakers?

I know Lamar Kardashian is currently tied up contractually to the Mavs so he can't pull some Derek Fisher type fertizer. Cubes blocked any attempts at that and rightfully so.

However at X point in time can he walk to the Lakers and if so when?
