    March 2nd, 1979, in the Eastern Conference Semifinals over the Philadelphia 76ers.

    Just as a point of reference, Detroit has won Game Seven's in each trip they've made to the playoffs the last three years, with W's over Miami this season, over New Jersey last season, and over Orlando the year before.

    Probably not too meaningful, but interesting stats nonetheless.
