    first night i definitely had some pretty amazing dreams that i could remember in their entirety. last few nights dreams not so vivd but i have been remembering a lot more of my dreams than normal.

    as far as increasing concentration im 4 days in and havent really noticed much. some people report gains in recall etc after 5 or 6 days so ill give it a few more days before I ask for a refund.
