Spurs have to take advantage of the Lakers winning last night and put this series away, don't want Clippers gaining any momentum on these B2Bs.
Don't give them any hope.
Go Spurs!!![]()
Doing anniversary stuff with the wife today...so I will be recording it. Hopefully I can avoid the score during my travels.
Can't allow any alley oops throughout the game..that gets the crowd going and their momentum.
DAMMIT!!
My son has a football game so I'll be checkin the score on my phone!
Hopefully catch halftime somewhere!!

Agreed 100%. I expect pop to have an even quicker trigger with time outs tonight than usual. Id be surprised if we don't see a completely different Clips team today.
Happy Anniversary. Have fun.
Lets get this Spurs! Lets make this a must win!
Foot on throat. Let's get this.
Game 3 officials: Derrick Stafford (crew chief), Tony Brothers, Tom Washington
Derrick Stafford
Spurs are 11-6 overall in playoff games officiated by Stafford (2-4 on the road; 4-4 in conference semifinals) and 1-0 in 2012 (Game 2 v. UTH).
Spurs were 1-1 in games Stafford officiated in the regular season, winning at New Jersey and losing the game Pop punted in Portland.
Clippers are 1-0 in playoff games officiated by Stafford since 2002. They won Game 3 of their first round series against Memphis at Staples.
Road teams are 16-28 in playoffs games officiated by Stafford since 2007
Tony Brothers
Spurs are 2-2 in playoff games officiated by Brothers (0-1 on the road; 1-0 in conference semifinals).
Spurs were 1-0 in games Brothers officiated during the regular season, winning at Memphis in the first game following the bench's rally in Dallas in January.
Clippers are 1-1 in playoff games officiated by Brothers since 2002. They won Game 5 of their 2006 first round series against Memphis at home; they lost Game 3 of their West Semifinal series against Phoenix at home.
Road teams are 10-20 in playoff games officiated by Brothers since 2007.
Tom Washington
Spurs are 7-6 in playoff games officiated by Washington (1-6 on the road; 1-3 in conference semifinals).
Spurs were 3-1 in games Washington officiated during the regular season, winning at home against Denver in January, at home against New York, losing at Dallas in March, and winning at the Lakers in April.
Clippers are 2-0 in playoff games officiated by Washington since 2002. They won Game 6 of the 2006 WCSF at home against Phoenix. They won Game 1 of their first round series in 2012 at Memphis (their big rally game).
Road teams are 17-30 in playoff games officiated by Washington since 2007.
Tony Brothers is horrid.
By the way, is it game time yet?
Good stuff from Sean and Bill :

Brothers has favored the road team all year.
Bayern has this.
Wait, what??
Absolutely, I can't wait for this man. Will be interesting to see how much better the Clippers play at home.
I did a 40 mile cycle this morning, so I'm not feeling the slightest bit guilty about the cervezas I'm mowing through at the moment.
The trouble and strife is even going to sit down and watch the game with me (and actually concentrate on the game instead of surfing on her ipad 3).
Laptop + NBA.TV + HDMI Cable + T.V + Beer + Spurs = Paradise.
Let's go get this!
Home teams were 6-0 in Stafford games in these playoffs until Boston won Game 3 in Philadelphia.
In fact, in this year's playoffs, these guys are all basically homers. Home teams are 6-1 in Stafford's games, 5-1 in Brothers' games (Denver's Game 5 win was the exception), and 4-1 in Washington's games (Clippers' Game 1 win in Memphis was the exception).
The good news, I guess, is that road teams were 6-6 in Stafford's games last year; only Greg Willard and Ken Mauer, among the top-level officials, were more road friendly in 2011. Stafford was also pretty road friendly in 2010 (road teams were 4-6 that year).
