...do they do back to back games in the playoffs? Has any other team had to play back to back in the playoffs, other than those who had game 7s?

It's mostly because the same arena is in use by 3 playoff teams.
It's no big deal. It's actually advantage Spurs because they are deeper than the Clippers.
