He was just on the show here are some highlights:
On Downtime: Stay in shape, stay ready, prepare for Thunder.
Grade Team Playoff Performance: Keep doing the same thing (don't fix what isn't broken), going to be harder as playoffs progress.
Difference between Bobcats and Spurs: Expectations are different, great adjustment here in SA.
On Coach Pop: Great coach, always focusing on how to get better.
On Thunder team: Overall thing, have to focus on all areas, probably have 3 best scorers and team plays good defense. Going to be an all around game.
On his passing: Learned it in France, played 1,2,3 a lot, rarely played inside. Wasn't until PHX I learned to play big guys.
On team shooting/spacing (compared to other teams, Spurs really focus on moving to get open even on late shot clock situations): We get ready for late shot clock, we are unselfish.
SVP compared them to the Beautiful Game: They know how to play the game: pass, dribble, and shoot. Always looking for best available shot.
