Technically, that is an Armored Personnel Carrier, not a tank.
I can't quite place the model, but the large door on the side between the front set of wheels and back set of wheels is not really condusive to armored combat, but more likely to be for personnel to rapidy enter/deploy
The small hatch on the door is likely to allow troops inside to fire out from the vehicle itself.

The front two light assemblies seem a bit antiquated to me, so I am guessing an older model of some sort, or quite possibly a "second tier" military that knocks off designs from the US/USSR.
Here is a better picuture, obviously not the same vehicle. The rounded fuel tank on the back suggests an old Warsaw Pact design as well.
