First, let me say that as a Spurs fan - you gotta be pumped after this win. Just an awesome game with a fairy tale finish.

    BUT

    1) How many here smashed or obliterated an inanimate object after the human excrement known as Fisher hit shots he had no business making?

    2) At one point Fisher was 6/6. Name the number of shots it took before you went ballistic.

If it's any consolation, the arena really let him have it last night. SA still hates his midget push shot self.

It didn't take much. It was compliments of Gary Neal and his incompetent defense sagging to far off of a proven knockdown shooter.

I was checking the live scores on my phone because it was the middle of a work day here and I couldn't hang on and avoid the scores to watch it when I got home.

When I seen Fisher was 4-4 on FG's I was ready to absolutely snap.

I was at my brother-in-law's house watching the game and was so frustrated because I *really* wanted to break something. It only took 2 shots before we were both screaming at the top of our lungs.

honestly the guy shoots with so much confidence against the Spurs it's unreal. The only thing I can hope is that he shoots so much that the law of averages will eventually catch up to him.

After about 4 shots I was having flashbacks to the 2001 Western Conference Finals. I didn't break anything, but a profanity or two (or eight) was uttered in the general direction of Derek Fisher. Guy is an absolute Spur killer.

Did anyone else wanna slap Joey Crawford silly when he tried to reverse the foul called on Durant's elbow to Jack's chin?

I also thought that offensive foul called on Ginobili near the end of the game was utter bull (although that wasn't Joey, it was one of the other refs). There was a ton of contact (the announcers were just wrong) Sefalosha basically gave Manu a shove with one hand while simultaneously tumbling into the body of Manu, complete with a 360 degree spin at which point he used his other hand to push him some more. All Manu appeared to do was use his off hand to steady himself (from the shoves) and happened to catch Sefalosha lightly with some contact. This is pretty obviously either a foul on the defensive player (Sefalosha) or a no-call IMO. That call was blatant screw job by a crooked ref IMHO.

I think I was more annoyed at the fact that Durant was sneezing and going to the line at the end of the game. The refs certainly attempted to make it close.

Yes. And it's going to get much worse heading to OKC. Spurs better treat this next game 2 like it's game 7 do or die if they have plans of winning this series.

Thank the gods Pop secured home court advantage on these assholes.

At least 3 foul calls prevented transition scoring for the Thunder, so although they were bogus mostly, they saved us some points.

The refs doing their job correctly is expected. Next game those calls could just as easily cause the spurs from miss scoring opportunties.

I'm not talking about those types of calls.

The cherry on top for tonight's win was dodging one of Fishers two expected good games against the Spurs this series.

Dude is a roach in the Spurs house. Someone pointed out this is the 8th playoff series facing this guy?

That is what the Spurs wanted. Fisher shooting instead of Westbrook or Durant. He shoots at a 37% and 32% from 3 for the season. He is the one you want shooting. Blaming Neal is unfair, Pop designed that defense.

FWIW, I lasted 1 shot before I screamed, 3 shots before I tossed a cookie at my dog, who promptly ate it and I was one cookie short.

I was cursing too, despite baby in my arms and my mother in the room. I let more than a few 'mother ers' and ' ing assholes' fly . . . and I normally watch my mouth around mama. Fortunately, the baby is too young to care/pick it up. (we're still betting her first word will be ' ' though)

I get ya point. I felt he hedged a little too far as shaq pointed out at halftime. And on that three fish hit it was sort of off a long pass which should of had neal a little closer to fish. He does this often even against less offensively talented teams which leads me to believe its not by design. Pops design is help not overhelp. But with neal ill live with it because he more than makes up for it.
