I don't know but I hope it's replaced the word "boring" in the national media's vocabulary.
...in Pop's vocabularrrrry?

Well, hopefully not literally replaced, because if so, he was asking the Spurs to be soft, and that would mean he has lost it.
Negative usage, of course.
Be nasty. Be like Jack.
Don't be soft. Don't be like Jefferson.
Holy . HC sighting.
On the subject though, I was surprised by Pop's pep talk during the game. He usually doesn't seem to bring up the toughness of the team, or focus on the shooting in game. He might call it out after the game, but to me, when you tell someone in the middle of the game to stop missing shots, they are only going to think about it even more and be less likely to do so.
Still, Pop seemed to flip the right switch at that moment. The Spurs did seem to be playing loose, almost scared. They needed to remember who they were and what they were capable of doing, otherwise they were gonna put themselves in a bad situation. Right after that timeout, they came out with the fire and tenacity they needed to turned the tide.
And that three by Jack was nasty.
Jefferson likes it hard though.
Don't be like -J or we'll ship your ass to Golden State.
Stop looking. You're scarrrrrring me.
Purrrrrr.
Pop will use the soft card when needed.
