10 = supremely confident
5 = I have no idea, its a coin flip who wins
0 = absolutely not confident
Also, tell us why you reached your decision. Thanks.
I would say its an 8 for me. I can see vivid scenarios of either outcome. Having said that, I really think that homecourt ad will save the Spurs' necks.
5.5
I love them, I'm willing them to win, but I suffer from some kind of anxiety disorder. It's ruining my whole day, man. Plus, I'm a pessimist, so on the best day, I'd only give them a 6.5.
So maybe it's really a 7.5?
Don't get down, bro, At least you've got the Missions and WNBA to rock your summer.![]()
I would have to say 5. I will always pick the Spurs but a game 7... not sure at all.
This Pistons team always seems to do what it takes to win. Honestly I can't imagine them losing tonight. My confidense is at about a 7.5. The only thing keeping it higher is rememering how confident I was that they would win game 5. I was at a 10 then.
I feel the same way right now as I did before game 6. I'm getting the same kind of vibe about the game.
9
It would be a 10 if our crowd was a little crazier.
this game is just like game 5. everyone expects detroit to win because they did so in the last game.
spurs 92
pistons 87
You know, there are an infinite amount of numbers between 0 and 10...
so the limit of confidence as time approaches ---> game time - no limit.
as time approaches ---> 4th quarter - no limit.
as time approaches ---> river parade, confidence reaches a limit of 10.![]()

Not bro, friend, otherwise my fiance will be a little upset. And fortunately, it's times like this that living in Houston rocks. I've got the ASTROS and the COMETS to comfort me.

Rock on, B^4
10....11...I'd even crank it up to 21. Go Spurs Go.
I don't care whether I'm right or wrong. At least I can say I stuck by my team through it all.
I'm gonna get slammed for saying this but my number would be 3 at best.
Remember you asked for honesty.
My heart and my feelings are with the Spurs, I am wearing my #21 Duncan Road Jersey I bought in 1999 after the 'Miracle' and wore it on Game 6 of the 2003 Finals. I wore it at game 2 in the West Semis against the Lakers (Spurs victory). I want the Spurs to win and we all know they have the tools to do it tonight.
Having said that, I just think the setup is made for a Detroit victory. The game 7 experiences, the resiliency this team has, its just one of those things where Detroit is primed to make history. I hate it cause it should be the Spurs making history tonight.
In a basketball sense, I think Detroit is just the better team tonight, the frontline of Detroit is just stifiling Duncan, stopping him from dominating, plus if Rip Hamilton goes off like he did in Game 6 and Billiups plays up to his skill, Detroit wins.
Now excuse me while I get ready for a beatdown.
I was going to prepare myself emotionally for a loss by lowering expectations, but I've decided to get wasted instead.
8.
You're en led to that opinion. I think we all just hope (yourself included) that the Spurs prove you wrong tonight.
Well said, my leige.
Realistically, it's a 5 for both. But if you're gonna bull yourself, you should at least say 10 or infinity.
What a great time to be in SA. If you win, huge party. If you lose, it'll be like a morgue...
I'm about at a 3. Or a 2, since the Spurs haven't been the better team since the second game.
I BELIEVE in our team, but they aren´t machines and everyone can make a mistake, so: 9.99
10.
I KNOW Tim Duncan has the heart nessecary to carry his team, even on 2 bad ankles.
I would love to say 10 but being realistic, I must admit to about 7.5 and then pray like crazy and light all the candles for tonight! Can we find a cunandero (not sure of that spelling) to cast a huge spell over the Pistons for tonight? If y'all know of any, PLEASE have them do their work! Negatives for the Pistons and positives for the SPURS!!!!
I'm sitting at about a 4.5, but I'm naturally pessamistic and would rather be pleasantly suprised.
The Spurs just need to let me do all the worrying and head out there on a mission to destroy the Pistons!
I'm saying somewhere in the 8 range.
