I've lost count how many times this happened in this series alone without a call.
Do NBA refs know the definition of it....
Probably 4th time in past 2 games they missed it, when Thunder player "blocks" ball after it hits backboard...

I'm lost at how stupid Ibaka is at judging his blocks. He scores the other team like 6 points a game from what I've seen..
