To all my fellow ST.com posters,
I have a very dear friend who is diagnosed with cancer and is going to Arizona on Wednesday for a evaluation at CTCA at Western Regional Medical Center. He was told that what was found was inoperable by his doctor here in SA. He is 43 years old and a father of 3 children. He is a a very dear friend and I work with him on occasions when I am working on the ambulance. I am hoping and praying that they will be able to help him beat this cancer's ass into oblivion!!! Any positive thoughts and prayers for him would be greatly appreciated!!!!

in my limited experience, doctors can be VERY pessimistic with regard to initial cancer diagnosis. if he keeps a strong mind and positive people him, he'll be just fine.
