McGee is getting better, and I don't think he would be happy only getting 3 mil. He would probably leave for MLE, and I don't even know if that would do it in his mind. Everything revolves around TD and what he is willing to sign for in these last two years. Once that is resolved, we will know how much is left to play with and if we can compete on bringing in some good talent.
Add brain to his head and then we can maybe at least start to talk.
