Well deserved, tbh. You guys had an incredible season and run through the playoffs. Spurs tried their best in the NBA Finals, but it was clear when it was over that the changing of the guard is here.

I know it's going to be difficult to keep the same roster after this summer, but Durant alone is a stud, and clearly that FO knows what it's doing. The scary part for the rest of the league is that your guys are young, and if they can keep that roster somewhat in place, they should contend for a while.

But there will be time to talk about the future later. Go enjoy your new NBA championship.

Yes -- the NBA has always marketed stars. Sort of like marketing Reggie Miller's Pacers, only if Reggie Miller were an actual superstar.

The 2007 NBA Finals had some of the worst tv ratings in NBA history. Superstars can't always carry the NBA Finals. I mean seriously, these bag A-list movie stars and celebs will be going to Oklahoma for probably the first time in their lives and they're probably just gonna about how it's not like NY or LA and there's nothing to do.

celts are more done then spurs imho especially after game 5 @ miami where they used up everything that was left in the tank, a boston - OKC finals would almost certainly be a boring 4-0 but thanks to god we ain't allowing this to happen
