    "the third quarter is the most important quarter". I think that statement is a significant statement having to do with game six.

    every basket counts the same and if there is one "more important" quarter its the last one!

    Since I'm playing/coaching basketball myself, I know where that comes from, but its more like:
    "In the 3rd quarter a good coach can kill a bad coach with his adjustments, thus leading to big runs in the 3rd quarter"
    ...no knock on Pop!!!
