its not about win anymore. its predetermined.
Now that you've all had a couple days to blow off some steam and regain your sanity, who do you think takes it in a Heat-Thunder Finals? Who do you want to win? Who will be the Finals MVP?
its not about win anymore. its predetermined.
Thunder will win and Durant will get MVP

I'm still a sad panda. Every time I think about what happened I get
Thunder will destroy the Heat in 5, maybe 6, Durant MVP.
The important thing is that there's always next season. Sure, the Spurs were 15 minutes away from #5, but the sun will come out tomorrow.
I don't really care. I'll root for Boston as they are the most likely to get screwed like the Spurs. Since I stayed up late enough times here in the EST watching the "Western" time slotted games I don't plan to do any more of that. Past my bedtime and all. The one hour replays on NBA TV are pretty good though.
I'll be on the road for work the next couple of weeks. I may turn the games on in the hotel room while doing some evening work. I certainly won't be at a sports bar watching must less glued with any interest.
I would like to see someone grab Harden by that beard and flail his limp body up and down against the court, but since that is unlikely will largely rely on the highlights should that occur.
Heat wins, LeBron MVP. Although Idk if LeBron winning is what stern wants. Durant is considered the Golden Boy now
You're a good guy DD even though you've been Trollin us hard the last couple days. I though I'd be anti LeBron all the way but I feel like I just don't care right now, probably because I'm still so bummed about the way things ended.
Indeed. The saddest thing though is that this was the best shot these guys will get at another ring. I only see OKC getting better from here. And the Spurs were soooooo good (unexpectedly), playing such amazing basketball, and then the juggernaut ran into a buzzsaw named Durant.
Yes, the sun will keep coming up and it's just a stupid ing game, but this one will hurt for a while. It's up there with 2004 and 2006.
doing good good a killa bowl and wife's gots some big ones ,oh and fck whoever's in the finals
Heat win in another screw job. Lebrun MVP, naturally.
i'm getting slightly better over the loss. i think the one play that pisses me off the most was when that Westbrook nailed Kawhi right in the head and it was a turnover. just seeing replays of it on youtube gets me angry as , Eric Bana/Munich style. Kawhi is turning into my favorite player and I can't stand Westbrook and his TMNT face. That not only should have been a flagrant but the fourth foul for Westbrick. How the ref who was standing there missed it, i don't know.
I really want to see Lebron win it this year. I'll never support a team with Fisher on it or a team that just beat the Spurs, plus seeing Lebron finally win one would upset the Kobe kum guzzlers, so hopefully it's finally Lebron's time.
Buffalo is gonna break through this year...cheer up![]()
So, I guess all the Lebron nut huggers think the Spurs would get swept by the Heat -- since we were dominated by the Thunder in those last 4 games.
Someone with insider info must make a lot of money on the bets tbh . . .
VY all the way![]()
I am fine now no doubt! I think Heat win and Bron wins the finals MVP.What does it matter now if they get beat? We are not there so who cares what they think and who cares who wins it bruh. It's not that serious.
I hate OKC ,I hate durant, westbrook, harden, and the fans in okc
I especially hate fisher
This season/postseason is clearly fixed in favor of OKC.
Predicting outcomes in the NBA is no longer just about deciding which team has the better players, the best coaching, the best strategies, and who matches up the best. . .but it's about which team is more marketable, more hyped, and more preferred by David Stern and the NBA front office.
I was skyping with a bunch of friends during the NBA Draft lottery, and everyone was betting on who was going to win the lottery. I guaranteed the Hornets were going to win it because I was positive the NBA fixes the draft (among other things, such as playoff series). Everyone said I was crazy because they were 4th. . .sure enough, the only team out of the entire lot of 16 that even moved up a single spot was the Hornets, and they leapfrogged the top 3 most likely teams to win the lottery to get the top pick. I wasn't surprised at all.
Just like when the Finals is over, the league-preferred team will win it. As it is, three of the top 5 most hyped teams in the entire NBA are magically who's left. The only ones who aren't left were defeated by other league-hyped teams (OKC beat LA, Miami beat NY). No matter who wins at this point, the NBA got who they wanted. My guess is that it's going to be OKC due to the pathetic and blatent game fixing against the Spurs in the WCF, but I wouldn't be surprised if they let Miami win it to cement their superteam status.
Either way it's a win/win for the NBA in terms of a marketing and money-making standpoint. Too bad legit teams don't have a chance anymore in this bogus ass league. Anyone who thought otherwise (including me) was a fool to think Stern and the rest of the "nobles" would allow a normal season to unfold as it's recovering from a strike. We were just naive.
Maybe they won't fix next season. And maybe I don't give a anymore. The "journey" isn't worth if the end is ing tainted with corruption and fixed outcomes.
^
Stop watching. Problem solved on your end.
Heat in 6. They backdoor sweep OKC, I hope.
LeBron MVP!
I'm still pretty bummed about the loss though. Trolling Horse has helped though..
LeBron becomes the first guy to win MVP and Finals MVP in the same season since TD, mark my words.
