Miami in six either way.
We all know that he will be rooting for one team. Which team would create more revenue for the NBA as champs? That's probably how he will pick which team he will cheer for. Durant could be the next god of the NBA or a 2012 version of Wade from the 2006 Finals. Most NBA fans hate the Heat and Lebron. OKC is in a landlocked state that is in the middle of America and basically out in the middle of nowhere. Miami is on the East Coast and the home to America's favorite serial killer and burned spy.
Depends on which weather he likes for a certain day.
sons like I have said numerous times over the last week ...
Stern and his crew will control games 1-5 just enough to ensure that the series goes to at least 6 games in order to milk as much money out of it as possible. once game 6 arrives then I expect them to allow the players to decide who wins. its ALL about $$$$$$
He's going for the Thunder, he already gave too many chances to Lebron, is Durant's turn
Wouldn't the Heat winning the NBA Finals create more revenue and buzz for the NBA? Isn't that what matters most for Stern? I mean it's about making money.
If I was Stern I'd favor OKC, can milk that team for much longer than Heat.
Doesn't matter who wins as long as it goes 7.
True, I'm thinking Stern will be tempted to do that. I will not be surprised if Durant gets 80 to 100 free throw attempts in the Finals. The 2012 Finals could be a repeat of the 2006 Finals in which Stern tries to make a player into an NBA legend.
