Turn the TV!!
What is going on over at ESPN? We've been the champs for a whole 30 minutes, and they're already asking who people like for the '06 Championship?
Am I alone in saying, I don't care?
Right now ... I could give a flip who we resign for next season, who retires, who gets traded, or who makes the playoffs next season.
There's a time and a place for that, say, in October.
But for now ... it is time to savor yet another le for the San Antonio Spurs. And this one was the sweetest. We beat a very, very good team.
Turn the TV!!
Savor it! We just accomplished our goal, time to relax and celebrate. We can talk about next year ... next year.
