can't just make the proclamation that the rockets ain't getting him, there's a possibility they could get him but it wouldn't be bigger then the chance of yao jumping out of retirement and coming back healthy. DH is following deron wherever he goes, meaning if you get deron as a FA, you're getting them both. even if you sign DH via a trade this summer, it'll only turn out to be a one-year rental when DH walks and joins deron a year later. trading a load of talents & picks for this would be a stupid move for any team not named dallas & LA, which are the only teams would sign an extension with

That's just fine with me. Tanking and sucking for a chance at the top pick is more enjoyable than picking #14 for the 3rd year in a row. I'm sick of being the best non-playoff team. Give me Dwight and if he wont stay, give me tank mode.
