Some people take this way too seriously.
They looked pretty freaking great taking Shaq and Kobe's manhood in 5 last year. Laker fan of all people has no room to crack on the Pistons, when they came one shot from being swept.
Tonight just made my entire day. Seeing the defending champions lose, going down in flames....
This just makes the Lakers dynasty look better day after day. And I only have the San Antonio Spurs to thank for that!
Pistons playd very well imo. The two teams were very close and HCA came up huge. Now, go watch the lottery LAker fans.
Baseline, neither teams would have beat the Lakers in 2000-2002. I have plenty of room to talk trash...

The 2000 team is pretty underrated (they won 67 freaking games), the 2001 team was obviously a monster, but the 2002 team was on its last legs. I think either of these teams would have had a great shot at taking a series with them.
I'm looking forward to the lottery. We need to take steps to build on 14 NBA les...

I wholeheartedly agree. The 2000 team was awesome, and extremely deep. But they were inexperienced as a whole team. In 2001, that team and the way they were playing, would have stomped any team in NBA history. Including every edition of the Dream Team. Those fools were playing out of their minds.
The 2002 team, while not as good as the others, found a way to three-peat. That year was unbelievable.

How many have the Lakers won? 36% or some like that? Losers.

Every year a team fails to repeat, that makes the 2000-2002 dynasty look all that much better. That past two champions have been horrible failures, nuff said.
