6-28-2012 will go down in NBA history as the day where the Lakers retook control of the whole entire NBA. I'm just warning you guys that tomorrow its going to be over for the rest of the league. Once the lakers make the trades they are going to run over the league. Just don't cry once the lakers deals go down.

Anybody remember the scene in Saving Private Ryan where they are mopping up the beach bunkers with flame throwers, and a bunch of Germans come out on fire, and dudes are screaming at other Americans "Don't shoot, let 'em burn!!!" ?

That's how I feel about the Lakers and Gasol. I'm really hoping no one gives them relief on that salary. It's in their interest not to, since the Laker tax payment in 2014 could top $50M. Take that free money luxury tax payout, and let LA eat .

With the New CBA the Lakers have a problem…The franchise is too well run to ever get great draft picks…With Kobe Bryant, Andrew Bynum & GM Mitch Kupchek the Lakers will continue to make the play-offs…If the Lakers were smart they would hire as consultants Dan Gilbert & Donald Sterling to teach them how to be a terrible organization so they can get on with the rebuilding process…

sons, if the Lakers can't win with their current roster then I wouldnt plan on them winning in the near future. They have the best frontcourt in the league and the so-called 2nd GOAT. They should be pounding teams into submission. Yet they refuse. That team can't get any better unless they pull off another ridiculous Pau Gasol for a bag of doritos trade.
